We invite you to visit our home, the Vallejo-Casteñada Adobe, to enjoy our Taste of Three Sticks. Built in 1842 by Salvador Vallejo, brother of General Mariano Vallejo. Over a two-year preservation project, our Adobe was renovated with the talents of the San Francisco-based designer Ken Fulk and his remarkable team to design the ambiance of the Adobe. Sonoma local and landscape architect, Penney Magrane, undertook the design of the astonishing landscape and garden at the property. See the amazing transformation of this incredible historical space as one of our knowledgeable Adobe hosts guides you on an educational flight of our chardonnays and pinot noirs from our estate vineyards. Dive deep into the land, wine, and table fellowship through this private experience.

Explore the rich history, distinctive site, and exceptional wines of our heritage estate, Durell Vineyard. This immersive experience will dive into the soil, clones, farming, and winemaking techniques as you take a guided walk through our vineyard, followed by an exclusive seasonal tasting curated by Brooke’s Table, paired with a selection of our estate wines. The Durell Walk Experience lasts approximately 2 hours and features a 1-hour guided tour of the vineyard. Due to rugged and uneven terrain, we kindly require guests to wear closed-toed shoes and suitable attire for the outdoor excursion. Available May – June.

A seasonal experience that immerses your senses in the Sonoma Coast as a wine educator guides you through a fun and educational flight of our single vineyard chardonnays, perfectly paired with three types of fresh oysters from our partners at El Dorado Kitchen. This seasonal pairing is a perfect way to experience the Adobe and expand your palate.

Partnering with our friends at The Caviar Company this seasonal experience tantalizes your taste buds with distinct varieties of caviar, thoughtfully paired with our single-vineyard wines. The Caviar Company is a purveyor of fine caviar based in San Francisco and is committed to sourcing sustainable caviar of the highest quality while opening your palate to one of the world’s finest delicacies.
